Stability linked to versatility and weight is the prime consideration when choosing a tripod. For nearly 40 years Benbo tripods have offered photographers a unique combination of these factors.
The unique, highly flexible main joint makes it possible for each leg of the tripod to be independently positioned.
The legs are constructed from drawn aluminium tube which offers the best possible combination of weight and rigidity. Each of the legs and the centre column can be swung through 360 degrees producing a combination that allows the camera to be positioned at almost any position.
Whether used in standard configuration with the centre column vertical, down at ground level with the legs spread out, or with one leg pointing upwards supported by a tree or wall, Benbo tripods can be always relied upon to give complete stability..
Benbo Classic No 1 & 2 Tripods
These heavy-duty tripods offer great stability and are capable of supporting the heaviest of camera equipment, Both the No1 and No2 tripods are constructed from the same tough aluminium tubing, with the No2 tripod offering extra height with its longer legs. The double ended centre column offers a choice of standard 3/8" or 1/4" fixing for ball & socket heads.

Benbo Trekker Mk 3
A light weight version of the Classic number one tripod ideal for use where the tripod needs to be carried greater distances.
The latest version of this award winning tripod incorporates geared faces on the main joint components, ensuring that the joint can be locked firmly without undue tightening of the locking handle. The newly designed leg head castings allow the legs to be folded compactly when transporting the tripod.
Weight and stability go hand in hand. A hook at the bottom of the centre column allows a camera bag or other weight to be attached when greater stability is required.
The flexibility of the leg joint mechanism combined with the ability to swing the centre column through 180 degress, allows the camera to be positioned at almost any point relative to the tripod legs.

Benbo Mini Trekker
The mini Trekker has all the features of the Trekker Mk2 but with shorter fixed length legs. This lightweight compact tripod is ideal for use when photographing flowers and other low-level nature subjects, or indoors as a tabletop tripod.
Benbo Trekker Monopod
This two-section monopod utilises the 180° tilting camera mount from the Trekker tripod, making it one of the most versatile monopods on the market. The tilting mount allows the camera to be used in both landscape and portrait modes without the need of an additional ball and socket head.
